Frichik - Vegetable Soup

This soup recipe is perfect for when it gets cold outside.  It is very easy to make. And you can throw in whatever vegetables you like or have available. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves crushed garlic
3 chopped celery stalks
1 chopped carrot
1 medium size red bell pepper, chopped
1 red Chili, chopped
1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
1 can canneline beans
1 can original frichik (red), diced
2 cups hot water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon olive oil

Direction

Saute onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add carrots, celery, bell pepper, and red chili; cooked for another 8 minutes. Add canneline beans, frichik, ginger, salt, and hot water; bring to a boil then reduce the heat to low. Check the vegetables for doneness. Serve.
